Privacy Policy
Jelly Out! Snake Puzzle
This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Jelly Out! Snake Puzzle (the "Game"), published by Bilgehan Coşkun ("we", "us"). It explains what information is handled when you play the Game, and the choices you have.
The short version
- The Game has no account system and no registration. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any contact details.
- We do not sell your data.
- The Game does not show advertisements. It uses analytics and install attribution. The third-party services that provide these features collect some device data, described below.
Information collected by third-party services
The Game includes the following third-party software components. They may collect and process data on their providers' servers:
- Firebase Analytics (analytics, by Google LLC). Collects data such as app usage events, session information, approximate location derived from IP address, and device identifiers, in order to help us understand how the Game is played and improve it. See the Firebase privacy documentation and the Google privacy policy.
- AppsFlyer (install attribution and marketing analytics, by AppsFlyer Ltd.). Collects data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device type and operating system, and app events such as installs and level completions, in order to measure which marketing channel an install came from and how marketing campaigns perform. - Google Play services (platform services, by Google LLC), required for the app to run on Android devices. See the Google privacy policy.
Advertising identifier
The Game's attribution and analytics partners use your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) to attribute installs to marketing campaigns and to measure how the Game is used. On iOS, the identifier is used for tracking only with your consent through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can reset this identifier, or limit or opt out of personalized advertising, at any time in your device settings:
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads)
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and Apple Advertising under Privacy & Security
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any content from your device. Game progress is stored locally on your device.
Data sharing
Device data described above is shared only with the service providers named in this policy, for the purposes of providing analytics and attributing installs to marketing campaigns. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies. Because the Game does not have accounts, we cannot look up data about a specific player ourselves. If you have a privacy request, you can contact us at the address below, or exercise your rights directly with the providers through the links above. Deleting the app removes all locally stored game data.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will work with our service providers to delete it.
Security
Data exchanged between the Game and the services above is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can exercise these rights through the contact address below or directly with the third-party providers listed above.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
